I am a behavioural ecologist studying how behavioural and morphological traits evolve, particularly in birds, across broad spatial and evolutionary scales.
My work combines phylogenetic comparative methods and evidence synthesis to investigate ecogeographical rules, correlated evolution among traits, and ecological and evolutionary variation across species.

2026-08-21Two papers are now in press: A new effect size for meta-analysis of magnitude: lnM in Ecology Letters and Mastering an accurate and generalisable simulation-based method to obtain bias-corrected point estimates and sampling variance for any effect sizes in Research Synthesis Methods.
